Guide of returning a product
Phistoneag is responsible for the quality of each product sold and delivered by our team. We hope that every customer's expectations can be met and exceeded. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase experience for any reason within 14 days, we are happy to help you with an exchange or refund (this valid purchase only applies to the phistoneag.com website).
- Within 14 calendar days after purchase, you can provide the order number on phistoneag.com and request return and refund services without providing any reason. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
2 . Within 14 calendar days of purchasing the product with the order number on phistoneag.com, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can contact the phistoneag customer service team and send an email to globalservice@phistoneag.com to request return and refund services. phistoneag will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned package, we will refund the original purchase price through your initial payment method.
Return notes:
Any item returned to phistoneag must remain in its original packaging. The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging. In the return package, include the merchandise, as well as a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. On the outside of the package, fix the return label and confirm that all contents are included in the return package and seal the package. You can refer to the following steps:
- When applying for product return or exchange, please provide valid purchase proof, order number, receipt or invoice.
- The returned merchandise should remain in its original packaging intact, and the labels and various identifications of themerchandise should not show signs of being altered or replaced. If there are any gifts, please return them along with the merchandise.
- When returning the merchandise, please be sure to attach valid purchase proof, order number, receipt or invoice to ensure the smooth progress of the refund process. The relevant payee will be responsible for the refund.
4.Unauthorized returns or "cash on delivery" behavior without the seller's consent will be rejected.
