Return Guidelines
At Phistoneag, we stand behind the quality of every product our team sells and ships. Our goal is to meet — and exceed — every customer’s expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 calendar days, we are happy to assist with an exchange or refund (valid only for purchases made on phistoneag.com).

For products purchased from phistoneag.com:

  1. You may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by providing your order number on phistoneag.com — no reason required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. If the product has a manufacturing defect within 14 calendar days of purchase, please contact our customer service team by email at globalservice@phistoneag.com to request a return and refund. In such cases, Phistoneag will cover the return shipping cost. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Return Instructions:
All items returned to Phistoneag must be in their original packaging. Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be fully repackaged. Please include the product along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation inside the return package. Affix the return label securely on the outside of the parcel, ensure all items are included, and seal the package properly.
Please follow the steps below:

  1. When requesting a return or exchange, provide valid proof of purchase — such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.

  2. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact and unaltered. If your purchase included any free gifts, they must also be returned.

  3. Always include valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, delivery note, or invoice, with the return to ensure a smooth refund process. The appropriate billing party will handle the refund.

  4. Unauthorized returns or packages sent cash-on-delivery (COD) without prior approval will be rejected.
